My tracking number says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package.Updated a year ago

If you suspect your package may be lost or stolen, contact your local carrier directly for more information. Sometimes, a package will be held at a local carrier’s office if it can’t be delivered. Other times, a package may be delivered to the wrong residence—like a neighbor’s or nearby address. Please allow at least two days after your shipment has been marked delivered, sometimes the shipping carrier will mark it delivered, and the shipment may arrive 1-2 days later.
