There’s a charge on my card but I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.Updated a year ago

Normally when an order is placed, we send an automatic confirmation to the email address provided—this includes your purchased items and order number. If you don’t see your confirmation email in your inbox, check your junk and spam folders.

If you receive an address mismatch message at checkout, you will see a pending charge for each failed transaction. Your bank may place a temporary "Hold" for the amount of the transactions, which may look like we have taken that amount from your bank account. This is because the billing address you entered did not match the address your bank has on file for the card. Unless the card information matches, the transaction will be declined. You can ship to any address you'd like, but the billing address must match the address your bank has in their system.

Please note we cannot accept non-US-issued cards. If you have a Visa Gift Card, please register a zip code using the phone number on the back of the card.   

The "Hold" process usually clears in 24 to 72 hours (depending on the bank's internal policy), and the funds are released back to your account.

If you still can’t find your confirmation email, there’s a chance the email address you entered might have been entered incorrectly. If so, please reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll resend your confirmation to the corrected address.
