Why did I get an email stating I still have items in my cart after ordering?Updated a year ago

Short Answer: cookies! If you shopped on our site from multiple browsers or devices (ex. duplicate tabs) our system probably read it as two identical but separate carts. So, when you placed your order, one cart was cleared and the other wasn’t triggering a check-in email on our end! Don’t worry though, if you can see a charge from Hey Mary Jane, this means we’ve received your original order and are processing it! You can disregard the reminder cart email.  Just be sure to clear out your cart on added windows and devices moving forward.
